Human Resources Internship

Job description

In order to support our huge growth ahead we want to add an HR Associate profile to our current team of thirty people. The new team member will be instrumental in scaling Nextail’s organization as we build one of the best and largest software companies in Europe, backed by the best VC fund in Spain.

The HR Associate will work under the supervision of the CFO, and will manage all HR processes at Nextail.

In particular, the HR Associate will, among others, be responsible for:

  • Sourcing candidates and performing interviews to help build the best team ever
  • Counseling managers on candidate selection
  • Maintaining and enhancing the organization’s HR by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices
  • Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Completing on-boarding joining formalities and induction
  • Building relationships with our Labor agency regarding contracts and other activities
  • Maintaining and updating HR documents (organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms)

English is a must as the company language, but within the team we speak altogether some 16 languages (counting both those of humans and computers).



You bring


You have experience in HR processes, and ideally have already worked in a technology environment. You are tech-savvy and are passionate about the start-up scene. You are systematic, disciplined, and obsessed with being smarter about the way you do things.

You are a trustworthy and rock solid team player, able to demonstrate a creative and entrepreneurial mindset. You are a proactive and independent worker with proven ability to work well with others.

You are fluent in English (other languages a plus) and are interested in working in an international company.
