We are a VC-funded retail tech startup on a mission to lead the agile retail revolution.

Our cloud-based platform improves inventory allocation and store operations for e-commerce and physical retailers through the use of prescriptive analytics, optimization and artificial intelligence. Ultimately, we help retailers better align supply and demand and as a consequence, dramatically improve how consumers find and buy products.


We work with leading fashion and cosmetics retailers including Kiko Milano, Stefanel, Gocco and Melon Fashion Group, to optimise their stock worldwide.

In an exciting moment for the company as we’re entering the US market and launching our NYC office, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing and PR activities in the US. We are looking for type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working and proactive without any exceptions. As an ideal candidate, you are creative and resourceful, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and experience working in a technological start-up setting.




  • Developing the marketing and PR strategy for the US market, developing the content and executing all marketing and PR activities across channels including, but not limited to the press / publications, LinkedIn, videos, blogs, podcasts, e-newsletters, website, events, conferences, retail forums

  • Identifying events and fairs in which our attendance would help generate sales and build the intellectual presence of Nextail in the US

  • Managing the annual marketing budget most effectively and efficiently and measuring the return of investment by activity

  • Coordinating the work with the Business Development team in the US and Spain and Marketing team based in Spain

  • Liaise with our Design team based in Spain to ensure a unified image and messages across all company communications




  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing for a tech startup

  • Successful experience in developing and executing a multi-channel content strategy such as press / publication, LinkedIn, videos, blogs, podcasts, e-newsletters, website, events, conferences, etc.

  • Ability to multitask and excel in a high pressure and highly dynamic environment

  • Drive, tenacity and a can-do attitude towards challenges and exceeding targets

  • Type S(tartup) personality: smart, ethical, friendly, hard-working & proactive (no exceptions)

  • Local connections in fashion / retail are a plus, but not a must
