Office Manager

At Nextail, we are looking to add an Office Manager who will be fundamental in creating and maintaining a great work environment. The Office Manager will go the extra mile to safeguard the smooth running of the office and improve its day-to-day operation.


The Office Manager will play a key role in our company culture and will build deep rapport with the team to identify opportunities that enhance satisfaction. The ideal candidate will became the “go-to person” in our office and ultimately should be able to:

  • Manage daily operational projects that support and improve a work environment where team members can thrive.

  • Maintaining the office condition, including ordering stationery and equipment or arranging necessary repairs.

  • Liaising with the external contractors.

  • Manage company events by organizing and planning team buildings or client gatherings.

  • Provide executive support to the leadership team, such as calendaring and travel arrangements as needed.

  • Contribute to the onboarding of new team members.

  • Provide general administrative assistance as required.

The Office Manager will be at the core of Nextail working closely with all teams. The role is based out of our headquarters in sunny Madrid.

You bring

  • Proactive nature: you can multitask and coordinate several efforts simultaneously while paying attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you are empathetic and a relationship builder, given you will be collaborating with all Nextailers and in some cases clients.

  • Previous experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Previous experience as a Front office manager or Office administrator would be an advantage.
