In order to support the exponential growth ahead of us we are looking to add a Partnerships Associate to our headquarters in Madrid. The new team member will be instrumental in scaling Nextail’s partnerships as we build the next generation retail inventory optimization software, backed by the number one VC fund in Spain according to Dealroom.
The Partnerships Associate will be part of the Business Development Department, working closely with multiple teams (Sales, Product Development, Marketing, etc.). Your main objective will be to develop and nurture Nextail’s partnership ecosystem to support our fast growth, by:
Screening the market, originating and developing new partnerships, aligned with the company strategy. This will include establishing relationships, delivering presentations, demos and pitches, establishing the incentive structure and closing deals.
Managing onboarding of partners, and coordinating and aligning the Nextail organization to maximize the value created through the partner ecosystem.
Nurturing and growing existing partnerships by managing the relationship and ensuring a sustainable win-win collaboration.
Becoming an ambassador of Nextail in meetings, expos and industry events.

You are a graduate in engineering or business with 1 to 3 years of experience in a consulting firm or in a business development role in a technology / startup environment.
Exposure to retail IT systems, in particular to the fashion industry is a plus.
