We’re looking to add Sennior Tech Talent Partner to our People team. This new team member will be instrumental in attracting and hiring the best Tech talent for Nextail, as we continue to make the retail world a better, more sustainable place.
At Nextail, we empower retailers to create better experiences while using fewer of the world's resources. The cloud-based platform uses artificial intelligence, prescriptive analytics, and optimization to deliver agile merchandising decisions. To date, we’re backed by more than $12M in funding from leading venture capital investors and are working with global retailers like Versace, River Island, and Pepe Jeans.
The Tech Talent Partner role is essential to secure our growth and we’re looking for someone that is strategic enough to set-up relevant talent attraction strategies while being hands-on when it comes to building hiring pipelines, qualifying candidates, training the team in interviewing skills and ultimately hiring the best software engineers, data science and product talent. It is the first person in the Talent Acquisition team she/he will be able to help in shaping the function as we grow.
This role can fit agency recruiter who wants to move in-house, as well as seasoned internal Talent practitioner:)
This role can operate remotely within EU timezone.
Tech Talent Partner will:
Partner with the Engineering team (VP of Tech, VP of Product, COO) in order to hire exceptional talent across our wider tech team: Product, Data, Developers, Operations with main focus on Software engineering profiles.
Drive Tech Talent Attraction Strategies (passive outreach, inbound, identify the right channels to reach candidates) to identify the best Tech talent
Own the whole recruitment cycle and candidate experience along the way.
Build excellent relationships with your internal stakeholders and showcase the best recruitment practices
Manage ATS and operational aspects of job (JD creation, job posting, scheduling etc)
Help with evangelizing our company in relevant Tech communities

Flexible compensation plan: We offer a fixed + variable salary as well as company equity as we progress towards our Series B fundraising round.
