As we continue scaling, we are looking for junior Madrid-based Account Executives to support our expansion in European markets while contributing to overall revenue growth.

Role Overview:

As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a key role in our GTM strategy, driving new business opportunities and supporting enterprise sales cycles. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the sales process end to end, working closely with Marketing, Sales Engineering, senior sales leaders, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, engage, and nurture potential enterprise customers, focusing on the Italian and French markets.

  • Deal ownership: Managing sales cycles, supporting deal progression, and applying enterprise sales best practices.

  • Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate CRM data, ensure timely follow-ups, and contribute to a healthy sales pipeline.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with prospects and customers, understanding their pain points and positioning Nextail’s value.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales, SDR, or Account Executive roles, ideally within B2B SaaS or enterprise sales, with ACVs in the 25-250k range.

  • High achiever that has consistently beat quota or made President’s Club and is eager to continue learning

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks 

  • Proficiency in English (mandatory, as it is the company language).

  • Fluent / Native in a second European language (Italian, French, German) (mandatory) to cover respective markets.

  • Experience with the fashion retail industry, AI or supply chain management solutions is a plus

  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment, with a strong learning mindset.

  • Location: Madrid-based (or ability to relocate there). Occasional travel required as needed.
