About the Role
We are looking for an Intern to join our team and support both our Finance and People & Culture departments with daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial processes, recruitment, payroll, office management, and compliance within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting:
Assist with financial data entry and record-keeping
Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes
Help prepare financial reports, statements, and invoices
Conduct market research and data analysis for budgeting and forecasting
Reconcile bank statements and track expenses
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy
Assist with ad hoc finance-related projects and administrative tasks
Collaborate with the audit process
Support collaboration with our external advisors (lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, etc.)
People & Culture & Office Management:
Assist with office management tasks and coordination of office supplies and services
Support the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Spanish labor laws
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Help with the creation and maintenance of company policies to ensure compliance with Spanish regulations
Oversee vendor relations, support P&C initiatives, and manage administrative operations—key project: coordinating the office relocation

Requirements
Madrid Based
From Start to Success: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field and eligible for a university convenio (internship agreement). Strong analytical and numerical skills to drive efficiency and improvement.
Excellence in Execution (Nextcellence): Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with great attention to detail when working with financial and administrative data.
