Position Overview:

We’re seeking an Implementation Manager to join our Customer Onboarding team.

In this position you will be instrumental for leading complex, high-impact onboarding projects while supporting other team members. Your expertise will help transform our clients’ retail processes and empower them to become more agile and data-driven.

You will oversee the seamless deployment of our cutting-edge solutions to retail clients, ensuring they make the most of our platform. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders, serving as a key player in driving successful implementations across various geographies and retail sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with a proven capacity to navigate shifting priorities and perform effectively under pressure. A solid understanding of supply chain planning, combined with a passion for technology are definitely a plus!


Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management: Lead end-to-end implementations of Nextail capabilities for global retailers, ensuring a timely and successful delivery of our solutions.

  • Training and System Optimization: Oversee the setup and configuration of platform parameters, deliver training sessions, analyze and monitor results and support customers navigating their own use cases with Nextail.

  • Change management: Drive customer satisfaction and adoption by ensuring clients understand the full capabilities of the platform and that they are set up for long-term success post-implementation.

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their unique business challenges and goals, providing strategic guidance and delivering tailored onboarding experiences.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with our product, data science, and tech teams to ensure customers receive optimal solutions, while resolving complex technical issues during implementation.

  • Continuous Improvement and Best Practices: Continuously identify areas for improvement in implementation processes, contributing to the development of best practices and the scalability of the Customer Onboarding team.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in implementation management or customer onboarding, preferably within the SaaS, retail technology, or supply chain space.

  • Project Management Expertise: Proven experience managing large-scale implementations across multiple regions and stakeholders, from planning to execution.

  • Languages: You are fluent in English. Intermediate to advanced level of Italian, Spanish and French are a big plus.

  • Technical Acumen: understanding of technology solutions, including data-driven platforms, with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements. You are an advanced MS Excel user and can prove it. Experience with advanced data analytic tools like SQL is a plus.

  • Retail Insight: Familiarity with retail processes, inventory optimization, or supply chain management is an advantage.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, client-centric mindset. Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clear, actionable solutions.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with senior-level stakeholders and driving alignment across teams.
