What You’ll Do

As an Account Executive, you’ll be instrumental in growing our presence in the Italian market by:

  • Helping retailers adopt agile merchandising processes that are customer-centric and data-driven.

  • Defining and executing sales strategies in complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations—from the first meeting to contract closing.

  • Engaging with C-level executives at leading retail organizations, demonstrating the value of Nextail.

  • Collaborating with teams across Nextail, including lead generation and product experts, to achieve shared goals.

Job requirements

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English is essential. French is a strong plus.

  • Experience: 8–10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with enterprise SaaS experience, working at companies in the 5–25M ARR range.

  • Track Record: Proven success in closing large, multi-stakeholder deals to 50–500K ARR customers.

  • Communication: Extraordinary skills in pitching complex ideas and articulating value concisely.

  • Retail Knowledge: A deep understanding of retail processes and challenges.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and persuading stakeholders to adopt innovative solutions.
